Against every fibre of my being, something inside me wants to rise up and destroy every physical object in the postcode region when I see prominently displayed spelling errors.
Our local discount emporium is currently blaring the following fluorescent green sign out the front of their store, in what I truly hope is a discount on haircare products:

Although I shouldn’t be so presumptious as to assume they’re not endeavouring to rebrand as some French high-class boutique, the plastic lorikeet-coloured jewellery worn by the staff (I assume as some sort of security device) tends to suggest otherwise.
What are we to make of this statement? What is the true abbreviation? Ladies should poo? Laddies should poo? Ladies, er… supoose?
When our neighbour next comes home drunk on a Saturday night, I intend to present her with a serving of Bran Flakes, then take her on a short expedition and find out.
